The LaSalle Café is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy a delectable meal with family, friends, or colleagues in the cafés sunny dining room or courtyard patio, or call to have dinner delivered directly to your room.


The LaSalle bar is a gathering spot throughout the day where hotel guests and locals congregate, and business travelers entertain. The bar has a NEW spring drink menu offering a variety of craft cocktails to quench your thirst, including $5.00 flavored margaritas and weekly drink specials. We also pride ourselves on a unique selection of Texas beers, wines and vodkas. DJ music is featured weekly on Friday and Saturday nights.

First Friday

First Friday is a monthly event held on the first Friday of each month. The event is hosted and coordinated by the Downtown Bryan Association. It is a fantastic opportunity to come out and enjoy a variety of arts & culture related activities and demonstrations.
