  The General Manager is the “Captain of the Ship” in that she/he is overall accountable and responsible for the financial and guest service success of the Hotel. The GM must have sales experience while developing new business and establishing and maintaining client relationships with groups, local convention and visitor bureaus, national accounts and social groups. The GM will also work to market the Magnolia Hotel to the targeted market and position the branding of the Hotel.
